Here to back up Dr K because she is a great dr. From seeing previous reviews.... over seas vaccines are NEVER covered by insurance. Haha people don’t understand this, bc they don’t understand the billing in medical. Unless you pay an insane amount monthly on top of your normal insurance. So you will ALWAYS have to pay those out of pocket. So if you travel expect to pay $150-$500 depending what crazy vaccines you need. Also, she is an on call doctor. Aka she goes to the hospital daily, so she is a very busy doctor and sees a lot of people. Don’t let these reviews fool you.

I like Dr. Rakhi Krishnan but the phone system is messed up, I have attempted to call from 2 different phones on both of those phones the ladies at the front desk could not hear me. Originally I assumed it to be and issue on my end so I restarted my phone and even tried a second phone, neither worked.

I saw Dr. Krishnan for literally 5 mins (brought my own lab results), she asked me 5 questions and presented her diagnosis. Total charge: $491. The office assistant took my insurance ID card when I checked in and never returned it. Not pleased with my overall experience.

I'm very happy with her service, she helped me when I was hospitalized with an infection and was able to treat it very effectively

It doesn't matter if you show up an hour early, you'll still wait another whole hour to be seen. Tip: Do something drastic to get the attention of the lady in the front desk to check in...
