I love Dr. O'Brien and she's done an excellent job by me.nHowever, the office is very hard to get through which is a BIG negative but I'm not going to mark down her review because of that. I'm really disappointed in the office - every time I seem to call, I keep getting 'thanked for my patience' and 'we're experiencing a high volume of calls' every day at any time I call. It seems to me that if you have that high a call volume, you need more people to work the phones! That does indeed need to change!

She has been amazing with the treatment of diabetes for my husband. She’s always honest and has a great bedside manner. We absolutely love Dr. O’Brien ❤ufe0f

Just trying to let other people know if they have a choice. This is regarding MedStar and her associates- not necessarily her. We scheduled a sports physical for our son for a Friday tryout. They called and cancelled the physical because they said they could use his school physical as long as we dropped off the form by Wednesday...yay! Saved us some money! Except not. Friday comes and we call and they say they have nothing on him. Also say the nurses and doctor have left for the weekend during business hours. Well, he missed tryouts... when we would could have just paid for an additional Sports physical for him. Where is the care for the patient? When we called they said “oh it could take up to 72 hours to process”. THANKS
