I've taken my kids here ever since moving into the area several years ago. I've been completely happy with everything concerning staff and the dentists we've seen. My older daughter just started taking her two children there as well. My daughter is very picky when it comes to her children. So this is another feather in their cap!!nYes, 5 stars ⭐ufe0f is a high rating but I give them as I see fit. From me, this is a 5 star ⭐ufe0f facility!
Great staff. My grandchildren (5 and 7) were completely at ease and comfortable. The hygienist and dentist explained everything to them in simple and reassuring terms. They are both looking forward to returning.nn03/11/21 update - The staff continues to excel in all their interactions with my now 7 and 9 year old grandchildren. They both look forward to each visit and even get excited about it and tell their friends and teachers they are going.
It’s always a great experience when I bring my boys there. Today they did a great job and made my son feel comfortable to take pictures of his teeth and let him know there was nothing to be scared of. I highly recommend Smile Castle to Anyone!
My Daughters experience was awesome! She was. Wry confortable and therefore fully cooperated. The staff there is very friendly and attentive, it kind of reminds me of Doc Bresslers, a dentist located in the northeast area of Philadelphia that I used to take my Son to when he was younger. Smile castle definitely made my daughters dental experience a great one. I think I’m also going to transfer my two middle school aged children here as well. Great job Smile Castle!!
This place was great. Everyone was so friendly and there wasn’t any wait time when we got there. The dentist really helped put my son at ease. He had a lot of anxiety but felt comfortable here at Smile Castle. They really go out of their way to make sure the kids are comfortable.
