Reception is horrible ... I’ve called at least 10 times trying to reach them about making an appointment and nothing... My whole family has gone to Dr. Long for years ... What made me upset was the receptionist ( Sheryl long) told me she wasn’t going to make me an appointment unless I spoke to my mother... My mom and her are close friends. I find ridiculous that she wants to interfere with her patients personal life... My mother kicked me out little over a year and a half for being gay ..nhow dare you prevent me from getting an appointment just to get me to talk to my mom...nBefore I would of totally recommended Dr Long but after this experience I truly can’t!
