I use to go here years ago and now I am back in the area temporarily and it is still a nice store to shop. Clean and organized. I was going to try curbside but went inside while it wasn't busy to pick up order. It was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Won't accept dead fish without water samples. Noone told me when purchasing the fish. I live 45 minutes away from the store. I think it needs to be posted somewhere so people know. Or the employees need to tell you when you buy fish.nnIt is clean and organized, but I don't like the animal return policy

Last night I went with my boyfriend to buy some things for my cat and I saw a big line of people waiting for some cashier to attended. I didn’t see anyone. Minutes later just one ☝ufe0f person a woman , she was asking everyone if they have questions or need something. Then she called for help at the register. After I choose my items and went to pay for them, a guy came out, rang us up and didn’t give us what we bought, proceeding to ring the next customer up and leaving our merchandise in a bag behind the counter out of our reach. I ask him for what we paid for, then he tried to give us the bag and I explained to him that I didn’t want or need a bag. he listened but held the bag out anyway. I repeat that I don’t use plastic bags but he insisted I take it . The employee are pretty bad. Last time I went to this store all those kids they hired were there chatting and I really wanted some help with cat products but nobody offered any. They were in the middle of the hallway talking very close (no social distance). It was very disappointing coming to this place. I won’t come back. ud83dudc4eud83cudffc

The groomer was fantastic. She was done within the hour. They both have a good experience.
