Excellent location with wonderful staff to help with your car needs! I visited for a safety inspection and tag and title work and the whole experience was smooth and easy! Not sure if they are doing walk-ins but booking an appointment was effortless!

I always wondered why people kept AAA membership until my son who was away at school needed a tow that wasmore than a few miles. Also, certain membership levels offer quite a few perks. Still auto services are open to anyone and this location is part of my regular shopping route. Very convenient.

We worked with Karen to plan our Disney World trip this fall. She got us into our preferred lodging and made sure we understood the arrangements before finalizing. Karen took the time to make sure we were satisfied and even followed up with us at home to make sure we had enough time to change our minds before the payment deadline. She did a great job and we will plan our future trips with her.

The service is efficient and friendly. However I was annoyed that as a AAA member they charge extra fees that are exorbitant. I had to get my car inspection and all went great at a fair price.nnHowever, the 'extra' fees they charge for DMV are crazy. As a member why am I forced to pay an extra freakin $20 for my plate sticker?nnMy headlights needed to be cleaned up and that charge was going to be nearly another $100!! Really AAA? ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2cnnIt takes a few minutes of some store bought cleaner and minor elbow grease and boom, it was done. Shame on you for trying to charge this kind of money, especially during a pandemic when so many of us are out of work!nnI now have to make an appointment with DMV and go do it myself. No cool AAA, not cool at all.

I spoke with Sasha at the Brandywine store. Her knowledge and professionalism towards meeting my needs were superb. I felt Sasha really understood what I needed and truly cared about meeting my needs. I would visit and work with Sasha at the Brandywine store in a heartbeat again.
