Stanley Martin Homes at North Hills

Great experience! We love the home and the neighborhood. Construction is still ongoing within the estimated timeframe that we were quoted. The sales Manager (Deonna Tripline), and the Construction Manager (Brian Jordan) are very attentive and receptive to our needs in the building process. We were amazed and happy with the type and number of addons they have added for our home. We are informed of the next steps during pre-con and pre-drywall installation meetings. Stanley Martin is incomparable and truly unique in their approach to building - creating homes, not just houses - and taking pride in what they deliver.

We were there yesterday, our appointment was June 13, 2020 at 1:30Pm at North Hills, Waldorf. The Property Manager never even greeted us. She just looked at us and we manage to tour inside the house by ourselves. We don't feel welcome at all. When we got questions, she answered it like always close ended. She never explain anything. It seems like she doesn't wanna talk to us and it feels like we are such a disturbance on whatever she's doing on her laptop. She is not accommodating and I think she doesn't care if she sell a house or not. 2 other families walk out, too. We didn't get her name as she didn't really welcomed us. To be honest, house is very nice and spacious, well designed and good location, however, unprofessional service leads us to look for some other property. We ended up buying at Ryan Homes, Property Manager there explains everything.

They want a pretty hufty penny for good faith money! Nice layout.

I wish I could them a zero star because the sales rep are unprofessional. They don't return calls nor do they give real and up to date information about there property. I like the houses but they sale rep's are sorry and they all should be replaced.

My husband and I went to visit this property’s on August 31, 2020 we loved the homes but at the time this site didn’t offer the type of home We wanted so I was given information about there other site Windsor mill. Anyway we were told by the assistant sales manager Stephanie there is a waiting list as that site is still being build and that we should check in October to see if we can be put on the list. In addition, the sales rep said we should go ahead and apply with their lender and get a pre-approval because that would be the only way to get on the waiting list since they are only taking serious inquiries which is understandable. So we applied got approved and all but no one contacted us for anything. The whole process was us constantly reaching out trying to get information about pricing and the next steps. It’s October now and we wanted to try one more time to get a pricing quote and of course they told us they are not going to be adding anyone to the waiting list for the remainder of the year. So in other words we just applied for nothing and not to mention they ran our credit. By far the worst place I’ve dealt with it’s a shame because the homes are beautiful and I would have loved to purchase but it’s very distasteful dealing with people who don’t care to have business with you.nSo we just decided to seeking another home builder.
