I am in the office now February 28, 2016 just to be seen for my right knee injury and get a release form to go back to work. It is now 11:35 am, my appointment was a 10:00 and I still have not been seen. I am just in this office room with shorts on still waiting for the Orthopedic. It is very busy today but this is a Super slow office and terrible service! Won't be back here at all! No one has even came by to see if I have been seen yet! This is beyond a horrible experience here, so don't waste your time people.

My mother goes to the Lorton Office, although the office is nice, its poorly managed. Doctor is never available, appointments need to be scheduled weeks or months ahead. Nurses don't get back to you in a timely mater....etc. My children have recently had injuries playing sports and doctors are NEVER available to take emergency appointments the day off the injury or the next day. I stopped calling, I now call another local orthopedic in Woodbridge and get appointments immediately. Their office might be run-down but their services are excellent so I go there instead. What a shame on Greater Metropolitan!

THIS OFFICE IS BAD HAD BLOOD WORK DONE AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM THE DOCTOR EVERYTIME I CALL THE NURSE IS BUSY AND THE PRACTICE MANAGER IS ALWAYS IN A MEETING . iTS REALLY SAD WHEN YOU WORK FOR A DOCTOR AND YOU KNOW HOW YOU SHOULD BE TREATED AND YOU DONT GET THAT I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN . THE RHEUMATOLOGIST SUCKED IM VERY DISSATISFIED AND WILL NEVER REF PATIENT THERE !!!!

The office is run down, the waiting room is always crowded and dirty, the wait is unbearable, but the doctors are great, especially doctor Rabbitt. The office is poorly managed also. The only good thing about the office is that they allow zocdoc scheduling.
