The entire staff is First Class Excellent Customer Service. I hail from a family of entrepreneurs and the most important practice is treating the customers well! The Brandywine Team most certainly does! I am motivated to get better because the team works diligently on paying attention to my needs and I want to be a part of my healing. The positive outlook from the time I walk in the door until the time I say goodbye is beautiful! They have a really good team that seems to work like a well oiled machine! Concerned about every facet of the business. I am happy to be a patient at MedStar Health Physical Therapy at Brandywine.

The staff at MedStar Brandywine Physical Therapy are phenomenal! From the very beginning, they have been exceptional with assisting me pre-op surgery and now post-op surgery. I’ve been to several physical therapy clinics over the past two years, none of which were able to address my issues. However, the staff MedStar Brandywine Physical Therapy thoroughly explain the techniques and curtail a treatment plan designed to help the patient. Though, I’m still in the recovery stage and have ways to go, I’m reaping the benefits of the therapy sessions. The entire staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; a special thank you to Mike, you’re the best!! Thanks also to Brittany, Karen and the receptionists that kindly work with me on scheduling.

I have been thoroughly impressed with my care at the physical therapy section. Everything had been explained and demonstrated. And the best part: it’s working! My shoulder is steadily improving. Very very pleased with my treatment.

Excellent Physical Therapy sessions from a very professional experience therapist. After two sessions I’m tremendously feeling relief from my aches and pains. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall friendly associates, clean and beautiful environment and great customer service. I’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone includes my friends and family.
