Great place for a Sunday morning walk!

Nice free parking just a short walk to Mount Vernon. Ample spots. The road crossings are a bit dangerous as a lot of cars don’t fully stop, and are a bit reckless so just be aware of that.

A good parking lot to park in while you are at Mount Vernon.

Parking at George Washington's Mount Vernon is free to the public. There is paved parking spaces in the lot next to the entrance gate. You will find another large overflow lot directly across the street. There may be additional parking for large events as designated.
