Staff utmost in professionalism. Very helpful. Customer focused. Knowledgeable about many topics, always willing to help from book, audio tapes searches and available games to computer use. Top Notch!!
Calvert County‘s library system is excellent. The librarians know their patrons, and are always ready to make great suggestions for great reads. We particularly love the Fairview Branch, and Mary Purdue is our personal favorite! Mary knows what we like to read, gathers books for us, make suggestions to us, and is usually spot on! It’s wonderful to live in a rural community where these services are second to none!
The staff is always friendly and helpful, answering questions, making appropriate recommendations, and providing information on all sorts of free activities for my kids. Love this little branch, and the way they have made it so easy to continue checking out materials during the pandemic!

This is a quant community library. The staff is great, kind, courteous and welcoming. The little people section is perfect for a parent and young child
