I’m returning my purchase the lady who helped me was snapping, rude and short. She was not very helpful and wanted you to quickly pay and buy more but her attitude was completely off!!! I will be returning on Monday. I’m not coming back here for my future charms for our bracelets. I’m not happy

The customer service was awesome. I was upset with my original purchase but the manager Tabitha went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant and that I was happy when I left the store. The sales clerk Jasmine was knowledgeable and super friendly.

The sales woman was FANTASTIC! They had a sale and she assisted my husband and I very professionally and provided us excellent service!
