I have been with Jane staples for 30+ years. Always very professional and efficient. Most recently I needed to add another car to my policy and I was helped by Haley who was a pleasure to work with.

Jane's office is great. They're professional and very courtous. If you have a question they can't answer, they'll always find it out and call you back.

I have always had a pleasurable experience with the Jane Staples Agency. Anytime I call or go into the office, the staff has been warm and inviting. They are knowledgeable in their field and if they don't have an answer, they will do what they can to find the answer for you. I have moved out of the general area but I still keep my policies with them because I trust that this office will continue to provide the service that I am looking for overall.
