I've had one kickboxing class (not sure if it was cardio kickboxing or not) it was intense, but the best fitness class I've ever taken, bar none! Mr. Elkins taught that class, and it was a real calorie/ fat burner.

One of the best karate studios in the area. Mr Elkins is very professional and well known for running a top karate school. I would recommend to all.

Today was my third time attending one of Master Keith’s kickboxing class, and it was awesome as always. Every class provides a different routine and pushes you above and beyond what you think you are capable of, which is encouraged by the master and fellow classmates. If, you are thinking about signing up, DO IT! Do not hesitate, his classes helps you physically & mentally (great stress reliever), and it is privately own so you do not have to worry about hard selling. Sign up, don’t wait like I did to start your fitness journey, I really wish I would have signed up sooner…
