I had a partially finished basement when my house was built, I and I always desired to finish it, one day driving around looking for cabinets I noticed Cabinet ERA, the office and show room was very organized and filled with beautiful cabinet and other merchandise. Mr. Ali and his team were awesome. I really didn’t know how to build a kitchen; however, they took my ideas and help me design a beautiful kitchen in my basement. They made me feel that their No.1 concern was to ensure my project was perfect. I had one very minor issue with one of the draws closing properly, but this team is awesome, his guys completely resolved the issue and look to ensure all the cabinet operated flawlessly. Anyone who has done renovations knows how exhausting, expensive and stressful it can be. Mine was all of the above. I searched tirelessly for cabinets, flooring and tile, quality and pricing my two major concerns.nnI decided to visit Cabinet Era at the suggestion of my sister, just to see what they had. What a blessing! Small showroom with more viable options than I’d encountered before that. I worked directly with the owner, Ali. Truly the best experience of my entire renovation! He was informative, super attentive and incredibly patient. He helped me narrow down the color, used the latest computer program to help me design my kitchen right in the showroom. He came to my home to take the measurements personally, as I was really nervous about such a major project. Once we ordered cabinets and I made a few changes, he came out again prior to delivery to recheck measurements. He was ALWAYS readily available and checked in with delivery updates. When one of my pieces was missing, he quickly got it to me, working side by side with my contractor. Wonderful experience!
From the moment I called and stepped foot in the showroom in Waldorf, Ali took great care of me. We were looking for a few custom cabinets to fit our narrow space and he listened to exactly what I needed and had a solution in minutes. He worked with our budget and tight deadline and went above and beyond to ensure our cabinets arrived on time! Awesome customer service...would recommend!
It was a wonderful experience remodeling our kitchen with Ali. I was not the easiest client to deal with but he was always kind and understanding and I really appreciated that! Cabinet Era has a beautiful and big showroom. That is really amazing to see a place for contemporary kitchens and baths in the town that typically favors modern remodeling. The modeling team is great to work and chat with and has a wonderful design aspect. It has great elements of styling.
