I had a wonderful experience in this office. everyone greeted me nicely and my doctor was great she answered all my questions without any problems and addressed all my worries. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I switched to Dr. Contreras to handle the remainder of my pregnancy.. I somewhat regret it. Yes, she delivered my baby and that went well, but the visits in between that were awful. I would spend over an hour in the waiting room just to speak with her for 3-5 minutes. I never truly felt like I or my baby mattered to her. Often times, I felt like I had so many questions unanswered or little knowledge of what was next in my pregnancy due to the fact that I was more so just a number than a patient.nnFast forward to having my baby, I continue to have issues with this office. They way they work with insurances when it comes to birth control is a joke. Being denied access to birth control when my insurance covers it at 100%... so wrong. I will be switching providers from here on out. Can’t believe how much this office has gone downhill since Dr. Aaron left.

Staff is very rude and very unprofessional. I would never recommend them, They don’t do there job and are lazy. Several of the staff also have attitudes, no wonder this place is going downhill fast.

Don’t even waste your time with this place. The staff is just plain rude and unprofessional, they don’t give a s**t about the patients. Ever since it got bought by MedStar it’s just trash now. I was a patient for about 8-9 years, but I’m done now and I’m finding a new ob/gyn ASAP!
