Dr Abney the doctors herself is amazing but her and her office is not. Months to make appt with her for them to cancel or reschedule 1 week b4 ur appt. She pretty much works for the health department and never ever in her office so make appt with her is pointless. Other doctors in her office are just as bad. I have seen all her doctors in her office and I haven't had a good experience with any of them. If your looking for a great dotcots that always there for ur child needs. This place is not where you want to go. Staff needs more training as well I kept getting calls for another kids appt. Beware of this office.

I have no idea who is working up there today but someone is rude. My husband went up there and while talking was called ma’am multiple times. My husband told them he was a man. They continued. He returns to tell me and I call up to get the wellness appointment. I tell them and no apology. I remind them at the end STILL no apology. Customer service is important. To get respect you give it. She needs to get written up or however they do it. Unacceptable.

Dr Abney is one of the best children's doctors I have ever met. She is very patient, knowledgeable, kind, resolves the problem to our satisfaction. My son has been under her care since he was six months, now he is now 21 years old ;

We love Dr. Abney. She has always been a stellar physician, responsive, and caring to my 3 children. We've been with her for the last 10 years.
