I have been a patient of Dr. Wathens for over 30 years. I wouldn't think of changing. He is a wonderful man. I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing him for years. Makes you feel like family. Love the nurse. Not sure who would give a negative review but it won’t be me. I’ve had multiple surgeries and his referrals are great. I had an emergency while in Florida and he called me right away with a prescription. I picked it up that morning and had the procedure a few hours later. I can call in the morning and get an appointment the same day if not the next day. . I don’t have much interaction with front desk except to pay my bill n checkout. I wish Dr Wathen many more years of service cause I would not want to lose a great doctor.

I suffer with multiple myeloma (bone cancer) & because of Dr. Wathen I'm still here fighting for over 12 yrs. To live in content pain everyday is a hard situation to deal with. Thanks to Dr. Wathen & his staff, they make it possible for me to continue to live.

Worst staff in a physician's office I have ever dealt with. Rude, no interest in helping a patient, but most interested in searching Google, andsocializing with family right behind the front desk!nnDr Wathen used to be ok, back in the day when Donna and Dina were around. You could get same day appointments and actually felt like they were willing to help you. This atmosphere hasn't been the same in years.nnNot sure why Dr Wathen went electronic, because by the emptiness in his office looks like people are tired of trying to deal with the rudeness and unprofessionalism of his front staff.nnI was a patient for a while until recently he dismissed me, because my orthopedic dr had his physician assistant write a script for pain pills for after my rotator cuff revision surgery, then the orthopedic surgeon wrote one a few weeks out.nnWhen I went to Dr Wathen to find out why he avoided me, would not even give me 2 minutes. Then he told one of the rude people in front he gave me 2 chances and I failed drug tests. I NEVER took the first drug test NOR was I given a damn thing other than a letter stating I broke policy. I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT POLICY THIS REFERENCED, because he only has a couple policies in place that I know of.nnHe definitely has me mixed up with another patient.nnAnd hes an idiot because over 1 year I had 4 rotator cuff surgeries.... he ordered the MRIS, and referred me to the doctors, the 1 who screwed my shoulder and arm up and the 2nd who is trying to fix the mess that the first dr made.nnSo, to this I say, F U **** dr and your staff. And may you be blessed with the same you give!
