I have been coming to Dr. Vass with my family of five for over a year. I am so impressed with the high level of care and professionalism of the staff. The entire team is kind, gentle, and extremely polite. I have always dreaded the dentist, but since finding this practice, I no longer feel that way. My old dentist always seemed to find lots of problems with my teeth that needed very expensive work, but Dr. Vass seems to be completely honest and only suggests work that is essential. I would highly recommend this place.

I am very disappointed with this place. There is no communication from the staff whatsoever.nI had an appointment, came in & waited to be seen. Waited for 45 min & finally left when the third person that came in after me was taken before I was. After I’d left, I called to see if I had even had an appointment that day. Marisol proceeded to tell me over the phone that my appointment was 2 hours before I had came in & that they had planned to still see me anyway but I had just left. Ok, so my question is 1. Why was none of this communicated to me when I walked in the door? & 2. Why do you not call your patients or send any type of correspondence to confirm appointments? I clearly had the wrong time in my phone so I do not fault them for my being late, but my issue is the lack communication that I have experienced. Not once was I told that I had come in at the wrong time. Not once during my 45 min wait was I told that although I was late, they would still be able to see me. I would’ve been fine waiting, IF THE EMPLOYEES WOULD’VE IMPLIMENTED BETTER COMMUNICATION & LET ME KNOW FROM THE MOMENT I GOT THERE. Instead, they wanted to stare & whisper about me. I thought it was kind of strange that one employee continued to look at me & then say to Marisol “She came in too late.” Again, I’m sitting right there. I can see you. I can HEAR you.nIf I hadn’t called after I’d left, I’m sure I wouldn’t have heard from them.nThis experience just really rubbed me the wrong way.

The receptionist Marisol is very rude, abprubt and phony! Dr. Vass is a church going person that doesn't believe in helping out anyone but his pocket book despicable! Will never step foot in there again. He always smells like onions as well and while doing your teeth has a full blown conversations with the assistant and spits while he talks its disgusting. Good luck to whomever attempts to become a patient they turn ugly quick.

Absolutely terrible! I was a new patient. I was in pain. I was hoping I found a new dentist close to my job. Dr. Vass claims his #1 concern is care for patients in pain. He asked me what pain meds work for me, I told him. I left there with a prescription for pain meds and antibiotic. I was scheduled to return in 2 days for 4 procedures. I went straight to the pharmacy to fill the medications. Trusting the doctor gave me the right medication, I took one immediately because I was in so much pain. Shortly after taking the medication I was not feeling right at all. He gave me the wrong medication! It was too strong. I called his office first thing in the morning and I was told I'd receive a phone call back. I waited all day, at work in pain because I did not want to take that medication. They never called me. I called him about 330 in the afternoon and was told we were too busy to call you. Then I was advised the doctor recommended I go to my primary care doctor for the medication! Needless to say I was furious! I advised them to cancel my appointment as well as my sons appointment in the future. Next thing I know I'm getting a notice that I missed my appointment. The following week I needed to go to their office to pick up copies of my x-rays. I picked up the x-rays and got down the road when something told me I should check the x-rays. Sure enough, they were not all the x-rays. I called the office and was told they were the only x-rays they had. When I insisted they did take full mouth x-rays, they miraculously found the other copies. This office clearly does not have it together and I would not recommend this doctor.

I was recommended to Dr. Seihoun by a friend who lives in the area and swears by him. It’s important to note that Dr. Seihoun just took over the business and the old reviews have nothing to do with him and the new business. When I first met with Dr. Seihoun I knew this was going to be a long lasting relationship, he’s so down to earth and makes you feel like family. I needed a lot of work on my teeth, I haven’t been to a dentist in 10 years and I was scared. Dr. Seihoun reassured me everything was going to be okay and sure enough it was. You can tell this guy really cares about his patients, is a genuine good person, and is a very skilled dentist. Thank you Dr. Seihoun you gained a patient for life!
