Dr. Boray and his assistant are the best! They pay close attention to detail to make sure the experience is pleasant. The dentist is the dentist, however, I just had a tooth pulled and I was confident in his abilities. He did not disappoint!nnThis Waldorf Neibauer Dentist has the best customer service from the receptionist to the assistants to the dentists. I am pleased with my experience especially during this pandemic!

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had, and after going here for 5+ years it’s always consistently great. April did my deep cleaning and some how made a tedious procedure completely exceptional. Her energy was outstanding and she somehow made me laugh while on the journey to fix my mouth. Amazing.

Everyone were so professional, the Doctor and the Hygienist, April were very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely going back for my next upcoming routine and preventative appointments. I appreciate the professionalism and services provided. However, I wish they would return any credits/refunds without the patient having to ask. Patients need their money much more than Neibauer needs it. They're making interest off of our refunds. At the very least, just as they can send a bill for what we may owe, then ask us what we would like done with the money that's owed to the patient. Hence my reason for only 4 stars.

Had my appointment on 3/30/21; it has been nearly a year since the television have been working. I mentioned this because that is one of the main reasons I chose this dental clinic. In the metro area you can surely find a suitable Dentist; however, can you find a Dentist that has a television so you can watch the golf channel during your procedure? Sounds like a little thing; it’s the little things that make a big difference. Imagine being an avid golfer, it’s a perfect day to play; however, you have an appointment....the only alternative if you can’t play, you watch golf on television. It makes me feel as if I’m in a luxury dental clinic.nMore importantly though, I must say, “Dr. Gosh and her assistant were spectacular!!! She always bring her A+ game!!!!!nThe dental procedure rates 5-stars; however, the absence of the television brings the experience down to 3-stars.
