We stayed here for a year. It was quite and we had no issues. We had plenty of space between us and the next RV. Most people here are long term. They did a great job while we where there to clean up the few people causing issuing or not keep their sites clean. The changes made it an even better place to stay. If we are ever back in the area we will stay again. It was an easy drive to town and to the base.
Staff was wonderful and understanding, we called and explained that we messed up the dates with our other campsite and it was full because of it being a holiday weekend and my boyfriend spoke to a lady whose name I do not remember :/ she was very helpful when we told her our situation and she sounded pleased to help us. She sent us a map of the campground right to our phone because their office would be closed by the time we were going to arrive. The next day Tom the owner came and greeted us on his golf cart and talked to us and was super friendly! We will definitely come back again:)
Quant place and definitely off the beaten path. Staff is super friendly and will bring you a fire pit and picnic table if asked. Year round residents are also friendly. No fish in the pond to catch, or they were just shy... No cable for TV access if you like to watch your shows.
Campground is nice. Has 2 private ponds to fish in. Nice quiet environment. Real nice folks.
Omg! I loveeeddd this place we were in a pull through site for a few months omg everyone treats you like family very clean! Nice friendly staff!! Some of the best memories! I meet long time friends here! Definitely a great stop!!!! Not far from stores and restaurants. Plenty of places to fish and crab!!! ud83dude01ud83dude01
