Cannot call this office. Calls are sent thru the 1888 number. Wait time on it is horror. I even had to wait over 16 minutes when they called back and still didn't talk to someone.
Very nice unbiased employees
Very poor customer service, it's been a true nightmare dealing with these people. Have yet to talk to anyone who seems to know there job.

This place sucks and is no help to anyone. That wait over a year before they take child support out of your pay check, even after you give them paperwork on time.
