Vango

This is the most unprofessional service I have dealt with. The drivers have no co consideration for anyone else. For instance, picking up patients from dialysis treatment why do you park in front of the building and just sit there knowing your patient is not the only one being picked up and there is a designated waiting area until your patient is ready for pickup. Anthem when you call to voice your concerns the voice mailbox says it's full and hangs up with no one else available to speak to you.

It’s unrealistic and odd that Vango closes today over a little rain people need to get to work. Think about what you do Vango it affects everyone around you and there not happy

Vango is is ok but the the drivers are ok

I’ve spent many mornings waiting on this service only to have the driver speed past my stop. This morning was the last straw, I ended up having to call an Uber. The drivers are not good at all. Don’t bother calling the number to report your driver never even slowed down or stopped. They’ll simply Call the driver who will say there was no one there or they did in fact stop. They can’t help you at all. Use the service at your risk of being late. It’s cheap for sure, but you’ll pay for the headaches that come with it.
