Total disappointment in Zachary's police department! Our neighbors & I have been harassed & vehicles vandalized almost every night this week! We know exactly who suspect is. But the police said that they would NOT do anything unless we catch the suspect, on camera, while in the act. They also refused to sit on our road at night to try & catch him. I have pressed charges on people before, & I KNOW that they do NOT need a video in order for us to press charges; nor do they need a video in order to make an arrest! Especially when the suspect has 4 warrants already! And there are over 6 witnesses to these crimes! And we live on the street right next to police station! And they still refuse to serve & protect! Last I checked, it is their job to investigate crimes, & catch/arrest criminals! But yet, they refuse to do anything unless we (the victims) do everything for them! How ridiculous! . . .Cops say do not try & take matters into your own hands. They say to call them, & let them take care of it. But when we do, they refuse to do anything! So what choice do we have but to handle it ourselves?!?! Zachary police department - Refusing to serve & protect. . . .WHAT A JOKE! Complete unbelief in their carelessness & laziness!

I like some of the police officers but professionally theyve been a little too uptight on crime i cant really smoke weed at the park anymore they are always there i mean for Christ sake i lost my virginity in that park by that rusty basketball goal in the ditch under the ant pile i feel as tho im being taken advantage of and would like some respect
