Skeptical, We drove 2 hours to look at a truck we saw on sale via FB and ended up buying another truck while there. The staff assisting were beyond phenomenal. This is a very family/friendly oriented dealership. Very professional and respectful. We love our truck purchase. We would definitely return for another vehicle. It was well worth the drive. Dealership has some nice vehicles but I have to give them 3 stars because the particular salesman that greeted us seemed more interested in going hang outside with his friends than selling us or trading in our vehicle. We left and then ended up going to a dealership where I did purchase my car from that did everything we needed. My suggestion is please tell the cowboy who tried to help to please next time dont let a sale walk out the door so you can have a conversation outside with your buddies. You definitely missed out on that one. Dealership itself appeared clean and appeared to have a good selection of vehicles. Hopefully the remaining staff is better equipped to help customers.
Unprofessional and incredibly discourteous sales staff. We parked right at their front showroom and as we browsed the used cars in the lot they asked us if we were sincerely shopping their cars and if not that we needed to move our vehicle. I already purchased a very expensive vehicle from Cecil in 2016. I will never set foot on their lot again in my life. We felt very judged and disrespected. This dealership needs to train their sales staff better but I doubt that will happen considering the disposition of the owner.
I've only dealt with their service (never bought a vehicle from them) but I have to say that it's not the kind of service I've come to expect from Chevrolet dealerships. Although it's technically above and beyond what I asked for, at pretty much every other Chevrolet dealership if you take your car or truck in for service (particularly regular scheduled maintenance) they will perform a 100-point inspection, top off all your fluids, and wash the vehicle (some even vacuum it). Cecil Graves doesn't do any of those above and beyond services. The good thing is when I've brought my truck in, they've been ready at the time they told me and the waiting times weren't ridiculous.
I recently bought a new GMC truck from Graves Chevrolet. The truck was a gift for my husbands seventieth birthday and he was so pleased!nWe have always gone to Graves for our trucks; this purchase was the fifth in our history with the dealership.nWe love Cecil Graves Chevrolet and especially “Little Cecil”.nThe sales and service staffs are not only first rate but friendly as well as knowledgeable and that is a compliment seldom experienced in this day and time.nIf you want a good deal, deal with Graves!
