Kelly helped me purchase exactly what I wanted, PLUS it was priced waaaaay less than competitors. Nice selection of furniture. Love them!
I told the sales lady I was going home to measure my wall to make sure the couch would fit she said ok . Because if I would have paid for the couch and it didn’t fit I couldn’t get my money back. I went home measured and returned in less then 20 mins. Well her and I guess the owner/ manager what ever the unprofessional lady was suppose to be sold the couch . Offered another one but would not even match the price could careless. Like all they was worried about who gave them the money the quickest . Another customer was in tears when I showed up because they messed her whole order up and would not fix it . . I have shopped here for years I don’t know what happen to them they have went down big time when it comes to customer service . Sometimes its better to pay a little more and get treated the way you should be . Then somewhere that all they care about is money .
Their prices and their customer service were great. If they don't have it on the sales floor, they can order. Before making that big purchase, I suggest you check them out first.
Nice warehouse of lower priced furniture. Staff is helpful and friendly. Would shop here again.
