Bad service and bad customer service. All the workers there have bad attitudes including Trish!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog!

The manager is very unfriendly, she has no manners, the Service was horrible, the manager is very rude I am a very unsatisfied customer I would rather go to the affordable in Zachary or Baton Rouge I would not recommend purchasing anything from affordable in new roads i will never purchase another item there again.

Courteous...... Friendly......... This is reason enough to stop in a look around. The employees know their products and they are easy to talk with.nThe manager of the store Ms. Trisha, came to our rescue when our window a/c went out. Trisha went that little extra mile to help.nSo.... If you are shopping for furniture, appliances, electronics (Yes, even phones and tablets) stop in and see what they have to offer! You will be glad you did! ☺ufe0f☺ufe0f☺ufe0f

Wow I came in at affordable in new roads to get a sofa set, they had great customer service and checking in/out was like so amazing. I also receive next day delivery without calling asking where is my furniture. If u need any furniture I suggest u go to new roads affordable home furniture.ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01

Sorry to say this! It is real awful, I rented out a electric fireplace, they deleivered to my place and I ve told them to leave here in the living room so I can make a move around. Guys left. We realized it is not working so we called them back, was told they will send someone out to fix next day, they never showed up. I called again, saying the same that will send someone out again on next day, no shows again! They offered me to get another one and put on the same price but no they said the other is higher. Story been changed and twisted. It is like I am paying the furniture that is not working. I am very disappointed and unhappy! Crooked people I ever met in my life.
