Great storage facility. The team is always professional and helpful. There are other competition facilities out there but I choose this one because the staff have always been amazing from tje beginning. This is the first facility I've felt a connection with the staff/team, which means brand loyalty. They quickly address any questions and inquiries and the facility/premises are kept clean. I also added a second unit recently as well. I highly recommend anyone looking for storage give them a call!
Nice staff, clean facilities.nnI was in a bind coming in from several states away when I moved in and needed a place to park my 20' truck and car dolly. This location had empty boat storage that they allowed me to park my truck in over night. Pro-tip, you can't walk out of the gate to go to the management office, only a car will open the gate.
Two managers were there assisting us. One was helping out another, His store is on Bardstown road. They both were friendly and accommodating. Popular level branch was in the right spot at the right time for the right price. With great service couldn’t ask for more.
Mike in the Poplar Level Road, Louisville, Ky location is wonderful to work with. He returns calls promptly and helped me through the entire process of leasing two units for our overflow stock merchandise.
