Only complaint is that you don't check what was packed in your vehicle. Get home and find you paid for 2 but only received 1. This has happened twice. Staff was courteous and seems to have the system down pat. Great job and I like the system overall.
Do I even really need to rate this place? I think we all know how Walmart will be at this point. My input is this store is nice in size, definitely one of the bigger ones in the area. It is also newer. I think they have more lanes open than most but the past few times I've visited they have been out of stock of a significantly large amount of products.
Way cleaner than Hammond Walmart Supercenter. The staff is also much nicer than in Hammond as well. Overall, if you can make it a few more miles to come here instead, do. You won't regret the decision.
Very clean, well organized, and most of the necessity times were in stock. I did not interact with any store staff, but the cashier was very friendly.
I was recently at Walmart in Ponchatoula to buy an apple and I forgot my wallet in my vehicle. Even though it was only $1.20 total, 2 separate people offered to pay and did me such a generous favor. I am very grateful and “thank you” for reaffirming my faith in kind people. I promise I will pay it forward!
