Love love Rouses in Ponchy! The store is always clean and orderly! The staff are very helpful, and the bakery is really good about special orders!

Rouses is a decent grocery store, Items are always well organized and the place is clean.nnDoesn't get 5 stars from me because you really have to watch prices on a lot of items especially frozen things and the good meats.nnProduce could use some additional items..nAnd usually when you're thinking that's crazy high for some honey buns lol they'll have another area you'll stumble on later with the cheap ones....nnOverall it's a pleasant shopping experience assuming you pay them a visit during hours when they're not super busy.

Prices are above some larger chains. Good variety and more personable. You pay for it however at the register when check out

Accidently drooped a check in check out line with large amount made out to me no knowing left the store was home about 15 minutes got a message from Rouses on my cell phone that something of value with my name on it was found on the floor my a cashier who turned it in to a manager. The girl at service desk took the time to find me on Facebook then sent me a personal message. Good to know that there are honest employees working there had no problem with what was found returned to me. Will continue shopping at Rouses because they really do value their customers. Thank you Rouses ud83dude0a for being one of Louisiana's locally owned business with honest employees ud83dudc4f ud83dudc4d ud83dude00
