I typically don’t expect outstanding service when going to Waffle House because hello it’s Waffle House but come on. I called today to order food and the lady obviously didn’t hear me because when she repeated the order back to me it wasn’t anything I said so I said well maybe they are just busy so I just drove down from work. After sitting there for about 10 minutes one lady finally came to take my order and honestly she looked high and couldn’t function so told me my total and then took off walking to greet another table to I gathered my things and went to another waffle house

The last few time I can through with my husband, there was good service. There's always a chill cook and an energetic server lol. I really appreciate the people who regardless if you ready to get off and go home, you still present yourself well and respectful. Thanks for showing such kindness and good customer service. Keep it up!

The staff is Super friendly as well as upbeat. They were definitely ready and waiting for me to order. They were quick to get my order and made it. In a matter of minutes. The prices weren't bad either.! I received 2 waffles for $ 6.00. They were very delicious. I would like to recommend that you try the waffle House.

Very good food. Best waffle House in Louisville and I've ate at 2 others. Order was perfect. Bacon was crispy like I wanted ud83dude0b and they gave me all of the condiments I asked for. Highly recommend!

Not the cleanest but i can count on something pretty close to something id make at home for breakfast. Only complaint i have is the that the last couple times msy waffle has been way to dark to eat and when I've called about it, they DO nothing but say SORRY and promise it'll be right the next time.
