Ponchatoula City Police Station

I’d just like some honesty, some accountability, and someone to take responsibility for their actions. I’ve called several police departments, sheriffs offices, and even state police offices. I’ve asked them all the same question about a specific vehicle.nnA 2016/2017 magnetic colored, F150, crew cab, with no tags, no plates, beyond illegal tint on all but the windshield, blue flashing lights across the top of the windshield and rear windshield, in the grill (all done at hanks), bought from Gateway Ford on 51.On 3/1/2018 between 9:45 and 10:30 was traveling north on S. Hoover (35 MPH), then west on I12 (70 MPH), getting off on exit 40 turning north on S.W. Railroad (35 MPH initially then 45MPH). Jumping into a left turn lane, then back onto the straight way. Turning left at McDonald’s, circling through the Bank parking lot, and then again turning left at the McDonald’s.nnI know, those details are almost like I played them straight from the go pro cameras that are mounted on the front and rear of my motorcycle. It’s the exact same motorcycle I was riding that morning on my way to work. The same motorcycle this vehicle attempted to pass, but since the operated couldn’t, they decided to ride 5 1/2 feet from my rear fender, flash blue lights, swerve left out of the north bound lane, into the South bound lane, THEN swerve right, back into the north bound lane, successfully running me and my bike off the road, which caused me to lay it down, fortunately my 10 years of active duty military service, 3 of which were in Iraq, as a Marine Scout Sniper, and 4 more in Afghanistan as a lead recon and explosives expert, taught me how to fall gracefully, and bounce back up to the threat. After yanking my bike out of someone’s front yard, by myself because that driver fled the scene, I chased this truck. I watched as it used it’s lights to get vehicles out of the way, yet once on the 12, and up to the last place I saw them, they didn’t use those lights again.nnIf this was one of your officers, I just want an apology and to swap insurance policy’s so I get get my motorcycle fixed.nnIf it wasn’t, then you should be aware of an individual pretending to be a police officer.nnI will gladly show and/or send the videos I recorded of that day.nnHopefully we can make things right and move on.

Took the police 60 min + to come out and make a police report ..Every time I call this happens .Takes forever for them to come out and get a police response .. Response times need to be faster than 60 minutes plus

Ponchatoula PD doesn't have a ton of cops, but they're highly active and make a well known presence in the area. Anytime that I've had to call them for anything, they've always shown up in a timely manner and did everything they could to solve the issue.

The best police brotherhood to me in a time of need.
