The theater is very nice but the food is nothing to write home about. I usually get burgers when we go and they are pretty good, everything else is mediocre at best. This is movie theater food, not fine dining.
When we got there l, our food wasn’t even ready, even though we ordered online 2 hours before making it to the theater, we were told by the lady at the bar that we only had to wait 5 mins. When we finally sat down, neither the sits nor the screen were working. We were told by the manager that we were going to have to wait 10 mins because there was something wrong with the projector, we couldn’t watch any trailers. Our food took more than an hour to get to us, even when we ordered in advanced. It was a very annoying experience overall. Please train your staff on good customer service, they don’t care it all about their customers, even when we keep them employed.
Love Movie Tavern Juban even though they have had to cut back on some things due to COVID.
Everything was good except for the popcorn it was alright..but I do recommend that if u haven't been to go get the experience urself
For all the people complaining about coast of the food you do realize they have to pay the staff that brings you the food .an you are not missing any of the movie going to order your food an waiting on it.i do agree there could be more food then what they give you its all kid Portions.the food has tasted fine to me s far not saying people dont have bad days an miss up the food from time to time with that said your not at a five star restaurant you are at the movies
