My husband and I have been coming to Murphy's for 8 years. This is the best convenient store in Amite. Not only is the staff friendly and fast.... They also make you feel like they know you personally.
Ok per Walmart manager to park overnight. Do a straight 10 and roll. Stay parked up by the gas pumps away from the store. Thank you!!!
Nasty restrooms, rude employees, pump printers are nearly always out of paper
My car was on empty so I stopped here to get $20 in gas because it’s cheaper than most gas stations. When I pull away, my car starts to sputter and the engine light comes on. Nothing was wrong with my car before I purchased the gas, so I knew the gas was bad. I called the gas station when I got home and spoke to the manager, Gail. She told me to keep my receipt and get a mechanic. If the mechanic says it was water in the gas, they will reimburse me. The machanic found water in the gas and had to clean and replace parts. The bill was $345. The corporate office refused to reimburse me. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I will never stop here again.
We never get gas any place else even when we go out of town or state unless there is no Murphy USA there. Love the discount. We use the card everytime.
