I recently purchased a living room set and I absolutely loved the entire experience alone with the addition of my new furniture. In the past I have purchased 2 different condos full of furniture from American Factory Direct . I was at American Factory Direct with my friend, Alison Cuevas, who was there to purchase furniture and needed my opinion. Angela was her sales associate and did an excellent job in making sure my friend was able to get what she wanted. I happened to see a pair of drapes that I really liked. They were marked on sale. I was interested in purchasing them but didn’t know if they had any in stock or was the floor sample for purchase. She went to find out for me. I was very interested in buying them. While I was on the phone with my husband, the drapery associate Casey came out and tore the stickers off the drapes and told my friend, not even myself, that it was a mistake and that I could not buy them at the advertised price. The store manager talked to my friend about it and not to me! I am very impressed with the way Angela handled it. I was very upset by Casey’s attitude and the way she handled the issue. Due to Angela’s persistence in doing what is right for the customer, I am able to purchase the drapes at the advertised price. Because of Angela’s excellent service I will continue to do business with American Factory Direct.
Greg was awesome. He was very patient in showing me all the items I needed and answering all my questions. He was very helpful in the whole process of completing my order. Greg was also very understanding when I called to switch one of my items after I left the store. I've been shopping at American Factory Direct since after Hurricane Katrina. They always have a large display of good quality furnishings. Stephanie was the first happy smile to welcome us. She has made every shopping experience fun and exciting. We love her very pleasant personality. I always recommend her to future customers.. When I hear of AFD, I think of Stephanie, she's the reason why we keep coming back...
Regina was wonderful in helping us pick a new mattress! She helped us decide which mattress was a good fit for us while educating us with all the different options (without overwhelming us)nWe particularly like that Regina was professional, kind, knowledgeable but never pushy at all. She was even able to special order a bed I found online- with a much better price! I HIGHLY recommend Regina for all your furniture needs!
