HORRIBLE customer service. When the driver arrived at home to deliver, she asked the recipient if she “knew anyone who lived at the billing address” - the recipient is my boyfriends mother- who would have no idea of my address. When recipient said no, driver went back to vehicle and never came back. I work in surgery and am unable to constantly have my phone. When I got back in contact with shop owner, she was rude and abrupt, stating “well, you never mentioned to me it was your boyfriends parents who lived at delivery address.” And CANCELLED MY ORDER.nnI’m sorry, I wasn’t aware I was required to give a flower shop ALL of my business as to who the flowers were for.nnI have yet to hear back from them after sending my last message.nnI have never had this happen before. I have received flowers and sent flowers for YEARS and never had a delivery driver ask me anything other than for a signature. Nothing else. I will be sure to never order again from proflowers as I’ll be afraid they will contract through this vender.nnYOUR ONLY JOB IS TO DELIVER THE FLOWERS. way to make spreading Christmas cheer even more difficult.

I went in to get a grab and go arrangement for a friend who’s going through a traumatic time. I walk in and ladies behind the desk who were having a great time. All I wanted was a quickly arranged dozen of roses or at least roses placed in a vase with water. I was offered roses loosely prepared. I was expecting alternatives:n1. An offering of roses already arrangedn2. Loosely roses and a vase to accompany and or,n3. Roses to be arranged accordingly as it only takes a few minutes to arrange.nnI walked out disappointed; Empty handed as perturbed as they had great reviews and I was informed by a valuable client that they provide same day arrangements.nnI however was able to get the flowers arranged elsewhere. Maybe it was the color of my skin and content of my character. “Que Lastima.”
