Terrible arrangement. Save your money, or go with another company that does a better job. Awful customer service.

Horrible customer service. if you are going to operate a business on the internet be prepared to operate an internet business. they were out of the flowers i ordered for my mother and didnt offer any alternatives, any discounts, any links for other things i COULD get, not even names. I had to respond three times to just ask for something similiar, and all she did was copy and paste the names of bouquets but not links to them. didnt even confirm my order.
