I ordered flowers for a funeral on Saturday September 8 and they charged my credit card on August 29 when i placed the order but the flowers were not delivered to the church. I tried to call but there was no answer and no voice mail. I will call on Monday. Since this was a very private funeral for family only the flowers were for the alter and were the only flowers so it was a huge deal to the familynnUpdate 9/17/2018 Apparently there was a mistake made by the person that took the order. Margie's was sincerely apologetic and immediately refunded my money. They also offered to put flowers on the grave free of charge. Mistakes happen and I appreciate them taking care of the situation.
