I called to have flowers delivered. Gave them the name of flowers from website. They were upfront about the delivery, saying they may get them there same day but if not first thing the next day, which did happen. The flowers ordered did not look like the flowers delivered. They were pretty new flowers but looked messy. I expected more from a flower shop.
Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day had them for same day delivery. They arrived two days later. When they arrived they looked old and broken like they had fallen over in the van. Not pretty at all. When my mother contacted them about it they told her they would make it right by sending her new flowers. They NEVER came!! I would NOT recommend this shop.
Great florist shop with prices to meet everyone's budget. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. The owner is such an amazing & kind person. She's also a perfectionist. I guarantee,you won't be disappointed. Best florist shop around for any & all occasions. You can't go wrong if you go with Special Occasions by Ora.
