I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Carol's Flowers today from my husband. The store worked with him so the bouquet had exactly what he wanted in it. Great job!!!

Beautiful flowers and amazing customer service. Ms. Carol took care of our flower needs and really knocked it out of the park. Three different style flowers we had and they all came out perfect. The shop is filled with all kinds of different arrangements, very cute. Definitely will be shopping here for all my flower needs.

I am so embarrassed with my order from here the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered and I do realize that there are substitutions, but expect the product to at least look similar also instead of just two Happy Birthday balloons my 31 year old daughter received a happy sweet 16 balloon. now I am beyond upset and when I called the person, she advised me that she just used what she had and thought it was acceptablenAnd what could she do to make it right, I was not calling her to get a refund, but what I want is a florist to stop taking advantage of the customer if you cant make it exact or at least make it similar then call the dam customer, she had my phone number. The order was well over 100 dollars, but even that does not matter just take pride in your business and respect for your customers ..
