I ordered a Christmas arrangement for a hospital patient, I paid $100 for it, it was terrible!! I could have went to grocery floral dept and got that for $20.. did not even have a ribbon... a very big disappointment & embarrassing... I will never use again!!!!

Called on a Friday around 10am and had to leave voice mail for whatever reason even though they were open. Explained needed funeral arrangement for Saturday and no return call at all. Not even a return call a week later to apologize for not returning the call . What kind of business does not answer during business hours or return phone messages???? Pathetic

If 0 stars were a choice, that is what Birdies Florist would receive. I called in an order a week ago for a corsage and boutinere. I chose the flower color and ribbon color and was told to pick it up Sat. between 10:30 and 12. Got there at 11:40 and no one was there, or at the seafood place next door, so I called. Ms. Mary told me that they werent open because of weather, didn’t make my order, and wouldn’t come show me what was available. I let her know that I had ordered from them before and was pleased but never would order from them again. Take care of your customers and the will give you their business; treat them bad and they will never return; neither will their friends.nBad business practice!

This is the worst florist I have ever had the displeasure of ever dealing with. I was trying to get an arrangement for a funeral and the salesperson who was on the phone was rude and disrespectful. She stated that she would let us get a plant but not an arrangement! REALLY!!! we worked with three other florist and even with a shortage of flowers could do arrangements. She lost out on hundreds of dollars of business and will not get business from us or the people who I tell this information to. I.E. FACEBOOK!!!!! Linked and several others!!!
