I spoke with Tera and Tonya today on the phone. Tera is incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. This is by far the most unorganized and ridiculous pediatricians office I have ever dealt with. Tonya at least was helpful and got the appointments we need scheduled.nAlso they DO NOT remind you when you have appointments scheduled like any normal doctors office would. 10/10 do NOT recommend

I have nothing but wonderful praises to speak of today about the professionalism and kindness at NorthOaks Peds today! Everyone who helped me today from scheduling and getting my 2 girls right in, to bedside manners and answering all my concerns. Dr. Cristina Halk was a winner, All the way! Awesome Doc. Wow I am shocked with the reviews! I've always had a wonderful experience with these doctors! I went to dr Tran & dr westmorland when I was little! Now I take my son to them! Dr westmoraland unfortunately retired but he did get to see my son once! Now we go to dr Tran & she's awesome!! We absolutely love her! The only complaint I would have is that when you call the doctor & leave a message with the nurse, expect to her called one or two more times with the same questions lol!

Whatever you do dont go here my child is in desperate need of medication but they wont even see him.

Can't give 0 or negative stars. . . What a shame. I haven't found one useful staff member at this place. My child, who is in desperate need for medication, was all but sent right out the door with NO HELP AT ALL!! These people are as useless at there job as I, an accountant, would be. I do not recommend this place to anyone, not even someone looking for a vet !! Pathetic as they come in the medical profession!nAppt - 11/20/19 @ 2:45 and the end results. . . No resolution!
