This location is just horrible at putting together simple, correct orders! I come every morning for breakfast because it's the only place along my way to work and 2 out 3 days something is wrong. I always order pancakes and a lot of times I either get not enough syrup or butter or no syrup at all at times. I've been given frozen pancakes and a couple of times at lunch my burger was completely raw with only the very outer part cooked and the party was mushy and bloody. This happened twice in a row! It just seems this location does this way too frequently.

Best McDonands in 1000 miles! We got a Big Mac, and Filet O Fish meal. Got to say that I haven't had one this good since we were in Oregon.

By far the worst consistent service of the area. They have two lines but will server which ever they prefer making it a luck of the draw on when you go in line, I had one person that arrived after I did get their order taken before me and in the past have had multiple to the point I had to raise my voice to get attention. Order is often incorrect or incomplete when asking about getting the wrong size drink and no fries they rolled their eyes turned around but while still in sight dumped the drink into a large cup grabbed some fries and turned back to me in the drive through. I honestly ask myself why I go back, this time woth such horrible service I will just drive into Hammond.
