On Wednesday my granddaughter and I had lunch together and she asked me had I been to this new place in Ponchatoula she told me that it's sold Chinese food as well as soul food of course I was skeptical about it but I said okay let's go I ordered a main dish into size and a drink oh my godness loved it the macaroni and cheese reminded me of how my mother used to make it because I'm from New Orleans the cheddar cheese on top plus how cheesy it was with the elbow macaroni I fell in love with it I feel so much in love with it until on Thursday I went back by myself in order the same thing again just to see if that would be a difference in it and it was not it was delicious

Met the owner of Kane’s Deli during quarantine and could not wait to eat here once they were able to open. What I immediately noticed, even though they were about to close for the evening, the staff was really nice to everyone. The food was Hot and Fresh!!! We had the sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice, Kane Style shrimp poboy, and sweet heat garlic wings. All of it tasted delicious!!! The menu offers quite a variety of options and the food is cooked and prepared by the owner himself. Kane’s Deli exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back.
