Management needs to inservice their employees on common courtesy. Simple things like responding with “you’re welcome” after someone thanks them for their order would be a great start. I realize it’s a low paying job, but learning common courtesy now will help these employees as they move up the ladder and into better jobs in the future.
On Thursday we ordered 2 SWEET TEAS. We were given 2 unsweetened teas stated on the recipient. When we got ready to eat, we took a swallow. We did not finish our food. McDonald's did make it good when we returned. Thanks.
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo with orange juice he said they were out of orange juice when I got to the window to pay so I said how about hot chocolate he said okay and instead of a combo he charged me for each item separately overcharging me and did not give me my correct change. He told me he owed me $0.90 and would meet me at the other window the girl at the other window told me I had to move up I waited 10 minutes he never showed I had to leave to make my doctor's appointment on time
Love the ppl working in this store. Never have any issues.
Not bad but ice cream machine stays down a lot.
