The cashier at this McDonald's asked of I had the McDonald's app. She proceed to pull up her own app and give me a coupon code for less expensive price on our meal! She was nice and so helpful. We now have the app!

Great customer service, I ordered a small frappe and they asked me to pull up and wait and then brought me a medium for waiting. That was so kind and honestly I have so much respect for the fast food workers during this pandemic.. they have basically kept all of us fed at their own risk and they don't get half the appreciation that they deserve. Yet again I went to McDonald's because that's the kind of fool I am and asked for hot fresh french fries. At first they did not give them to me so I told them I requested fresh fries.... of course they didn't like that I brought the fries back to the window and so it took me 20 minutes to get more fresh fries that were NOT FRESH!!!

Hello me and my kids were in Hammond we decided to go to Walmart. So the kids really wanted McDonald’s and I’ve had ally of bad experiences with McDonald’s so I was hesitant on going. Long story short, I end up going and when I tell you I was amazed at my service. I was really shocked because I wasnt t expecting them to be so polite. The food was fresh!!!!! The fries the nuggets everything! The lady that was taking the payment was very sweet. This was an amazing experience and I’ve decided to give McDonald’s a second chance because not all all McDonald’s are rude and this one was the best

Every time I go there either something is messed up or you sit at the window for like 4 or 5 minutes without them answering.
