They always put whole milk in my drink instead of coconut milk. I am lactose intolerant, so I end up having to throw away a $6 coffee.

Very friendly staff. They remember me even though I show up infrequently. They serve well prepared drinks.

Second time I’ve asked for a white chocolate mocha coffee. Given a white hot chocolate. Both times I’ve asked them to repeat the order asking if it was the coffee to hear a reply of, “yes it is.” Wrong.... now I have to hope they are going to give me the “Right” coffee before my next class and oh yeah, wait throughout this class to give them a cold hot chocolate that I won’t drink as proof it is wrong.. Kinda tired of paying a good price for the wrong thing and the inconvenience. It really isn’t that hard to get that right...
