Sold me a broken guitar. The tall skinny latino man lies through his teeth about everything. Would stay as far away from this place as possible
Literally the worst experience . I called ahead to check if they had an item in stock the saleswomen mumbled that I could come but they’re closing in 30 minutes I said ok. I get there 17 minutes before close and they tell me to wait outside (2 people in at a time due to corona) then proceeded to not let me in until exactly 7pm when they approached the door to tell me they’re now closed and no one can come in. I then told the employee that I called ahead why wasn’t I told this over the phone and he said “you didn’t call before you just called while outside and locked the door on me. Horrible Service.
the most unpleasant experience that I have ever had in my life and that of women who work there just for being respectful and saying miss they almost swallow me, never and never I would dare to enter such a place, ill-spoken and ill-educated women
