This pawn shop is one of the best in Louisville. It's a down to earth, family ran, very safe feeling place soon as you walk through the doors. Always helpful and willing to work with each customers individual needs. They send alerts to your smart phone so you never miss a payment or loose anything you pawn. If you buy something and by chance it doesn't work they will give in store credit no questions asked. Great place the only pawn shop I've used for 3 years. Keep up the great work guys!!ud83dude01

l have done business, for around six years with Uncle Miltie's. On occasion, I've had to call them because I was having trouble getting my payment together for a layaway or pawn. They went out of their way to make sure I had every opportunity to pick up my property. They treat you like a good friend and special customer. The service has always been outstanding!!!

It was a great experience both times I’ve went. I bought her engagement ring there for a great price so I went back and bought my wedding band for a great price. Both times everyone there was extremely helpful, and they didn’t try to talk me in to buying expensive. This last experience he was letting me know what wouldn’t work for what I was looking for and actually saved me several hundred dollars!!! It was great.

I drive 30 plus miles from Lagrange one way to do business with Jeanine and her family and friends. I'm always treated with a smile and a hello. I've been doing business with them for a couple years now and will continue they are my first and only choice. Fair, Honest and like any family will be straight forward and tell you what you might not want to hear.

Well done Uncle Miltie’s Pawn Shop for having such a remarkable staff member. I must call out Stephanie for her stellar customer service! She always makes my visit a lively and fun experience. She makes me want to shop there more than anywhere else. I am always happy with my purchases, because of her. Shop at Uncle Miltie’s and enjoy the show.
