Kim was extremely helpful and professional when I ordered flowers from out of state. She gave suggestions and ideas for me to choose from within my price range. When I told her the delivery location, she even offered a discount because the recipients were military members. :-) She was patient and understanding when I provided her with an inaccurate phone number and went above and beyond to safely deliver the order. Wonderful experience!
Living in another state and needing to send flowers to my sister in Leesville, I contacted Kim with The Flower Girl. She was very helpful, friendly, courteous and creative. She had very good suggestions and a good supply of fresh flowers and containers. I trusted her and asked her to get creative, telling her a brief description of what I was looking for. When I got married, I couldn’t find any florist in town that would do what I wanted, plus I never received any good customer service. Kim did exactly what I wanted plus some. She cares so much for her customers and wants nothing more than to make them happy. Every piece she does is so unique and personalized exactly with the customers personality in mind. I recommend her a thousand times over. She’s the best.
